About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to own and drive the retail payments product for the Philippines market. The role will focus on QR payments and retail payment acceptance, with a strong emphasis on merchant acquisition, activation, retention, and overall transaction growth.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in fintech, payments, commerce, or merchant-facing products and be comfortable working across product, business, operations, engineering, and external payment partners.

What You'll Do

• Own Retail Product: Define and execute the product roadmap for QR payments and retail payment acceptance.
• Market Adaptation: Adapt retail products for the Philippines market, including localization, regulatory requirements, and local payment methods.
• Merchant Acquisition: Partner with Business and Operations teams to drive merchant onboarding and activation.
• Partner Integration: Work closely with payment partners and acquirers to enable seamless payment acceptance.
• Define Success Metrics: Establish and track key metrics such as active merchants, transaction volume, and merchant retention.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Business teams to deliver the product roadmap.
• User Research: Understand merchant needs, pain points, and behaviours through user research and translate insights into product decisions.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of Product Management experience, ideally within commerce, fintech, payments, or related domains.
• Hands-on experience working with merchants and solving merchant growth or adoption problems.
• Familiarity with Southeast Asian markets, payment acceptance, or merchant acquiring.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to make data-driven product decisions.
• Experience conducting end-to-end user research, from merchant interviews to insights and product actions.
• Experience working on integrations with external partners, payment providers, or acquirers.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous and fast-moving environments.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with remote and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Agile product development methodologies.
