About The Role
The
Senior Product Manager-Cards Insurance will drive the growth and profitability of the bank's insurance portfolio across Cards and Loans. This role is responsible for end-to-end product management, partnership management, distribution strategy, and the launch of innovative insurance solutions that enhance customer value while delivering sustainable business growth.
What You'll Do
- Drive the growth and profitability of Life, Health, and General Insurance products offered to Credit Card and Consumer Loan customers.
- Lead end-to-end product management, including business case development, approvals, product design, testing, launch, operationalization, and ongoing portfolio management.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase insurance penetration, customer acquisition, and cross-sell opportunities across Cards and Loans.
- Design and co-create customer-centric insurance products and distribution solutions with insurance partners and internal stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with insurance providers, sales channels, and business partners to ensure seamless product delivery and service excellence.
- Collaborate with Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Sales teams to enable digital integration and efficient business processes.
- Monitor product performance, customer experience, claims servicing, and turnaround times to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Leverage data, market insights, and customer analytics to optimize product performance and support strategic business decisions.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and governance standards.
- Support the development of new products, digital capabilities, and alternative distribution channels to drive future growth.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Insurance, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Product Management, Bancassurance, Insurance, Credit Cards, Consumer Lending, or Retail Banking.
- Strong knowledge of Life, Health, and General Insurance products, including product development, portfolio management, and distribution strategies.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end product lifecycles, from concept and approval to launch, commercialization, and performance optimization.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, and external partners.
- Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging customer insights, business analytics, and market trends to drive product growth and innovation.
