Establish sales objective for forecasting and developing annual sales budget, projecting expected sales volumes and gross profit for existing and new products
Analyze and evaluate key markets, vertical segments and sales performance to ensure deployment strategy maximizes revenue opportunities and implement necessary changes and solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Medical Technology, Nursing, Pharmacy, or any related field.
Minimally 15 years of relevant work experience in a sales and/or marketing role in the healthcare industry.
With 10 years of experience in a managerial role.
With experience in selling and distribution of medical equipment and consumables for Cardiovascular Intervention
Proven experience in strategic sales leadership, preferably within the medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of medical products, healthcare services, clinical processes, or hospital operations.
Established network or familiarity with hospitals, clinics, medical professionals, and healthcare institutions is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills tailored for medical and clinical audiences.
Ability to develop and implement sales processes, controls, and performance metrics.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
