Job Description

 Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and direct mid to long term strategies to facilitate improvements for business development activities across the organization.
  • Drive and lead the execution of strategies by setting aggressive but realistic performance objectives, driving focus to ensure achievement.
  • Establish sales objective for forecasting and developing annual sales budget, projecting expected sales volumes and gross profit for existing and new products
  • Analyze and evaluate key markets, vertical segments and sales performance to ensure deployment strategy maximizes revenue opportunities and implement necessary changes and solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Medical Technology, Nursing, Pharmacy, or any related field.
  • Minimally 15 years of relevant work experience in a sales and/or marketing role in the healthcare industry.
  • With 10 years of experience in a managerial role.
  • With experience in selling and distribution of medical equipment and consumables for Cardiovascular Intervention
  • Proven experience in strategic sales leadership, preferably within the medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of medical products, healthcare services, clinical processes, or hospital operations.
  • Established network or familiarity with hospitals, clinics, medical professionals, and healthcare institutions is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills tailored for medical and clinical audiences.
  • Ability to develop and implement sales processes, controls, and performance metrics.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
