Role Snapshot

You'll own a cluster of modules and be accountable for the outcomes they drive across customers. You'll work with enterprise clients to ensure they realise value from the product, lead solutioning for complex accounts, define what the cluster builds and why, and ensure every module delivers measurable customer value. You'll work across business, engineering, and leadership — and develop the PMs and APMs in your cluster. You report to the Product Lead.

What You'll Drive

Problem Discovery & Research

• Drive discovery across the cluster — understand customer problems, workflows, and success criteria at the deepest level.
• Set the standard for how problems are diagnosed and sized across your PMs. Challenge recommendations, not just review them.
• Zero escalations without a fully formed recommendation and reasoning.

Customer Ownership

• Own Tier A customer engagements end-to-end — from understanding their problems to ensuring they realise value from the product.
• Solution enterprise clients independently, coordinating with PMs where modules overlap.
• Be the single point of contact for Tier A customers — through delivery, adoption, and outcome validation.

Solutioning & Prototyping

• Own the cluster roadmap — what gets built, deferred, and killed across all modules, with reasoning tied to customer outcomes.
• Sign off on PRDs and prototypes from your PMs. Not as an approval gate — as the person who knows the modules well enough to find what's missing.
• Use AI across every step — research, problem framing, drafting, prototyping, validation. Set the standard for the cluster.

Execution & Delivery

• Oversee delivery across the cluster. Sign off on sprint plans and ensure PMs are unblocked and on track.
• Own the quality bar across all modules. A delivery failure in the cluster is your failure.

Release & Adoption

• Hold the customer-value metrics standard across all modules in the cluster. PMs define — you challenge and validate.
• Own post-release outcomes for Tier A customers. Stay in the loop until value is confirmed.
• Develop PMs and APMs in your cluster — build their judgment, not just their output.

You'll thrive here if

• You diagnose complex, ambiguous problems and make high-stakes calls with confidence — not just for yourself, but to set the standard for your team.
• You use AI as a core part of how you work and raise the bar for those around you.
• You develop people by doing — you show PMs and APMs what good looks like, not just tell them.
• You own outcomes, not activities. You stay in the loop until value is confirmed, not until the feature ships.
• Bonus: exposure to enterprise SaaS, complex B2B environments, or procurement tech.
