Senior Product Manager

Role Overview:

Own the architecture of the Web3 wallet and build secure, reliable, and scalable capabilities across digital asset custody, ledger management, transaction risk, payment, and settlement. The role will also support crypto-card payment use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the Web3 wallet product roadmap and build multi-chain, multi-asset wallet and asset-management capabilities.
• Design on-chain and off-chain custody solutions covering deposits, withdrawals, transfers, asset sweeping, gas management, transaction signing, and hot/cold wallet operations.
• Build account and ledger systems covering balances, frozen funds, funds in transit, fees, and conversions, ensuring reconciliation across internal, on-chain, and partner records.
• Design crypto-to-fiat conversion, liquidity management, fiat on/off-ramp, clearing, and settlement capabilities.
• Develop transaction and fund risk controls, including abnormal transaction monitoring, risky-address screening, limits, fraud prevention, and AML/KYT controls.
• Lead API integrations with custodians, liquidity providers, blockchain infrastructure providers, banks, and payment institutions.
• Continuously improve deposit success rates, withdrawal turnaround time, ledger accuracy, fund efficiency, and system stability.
• Support crypto-card authorisation, payment deduction, refunds, and settlement. Card-issuing partner integration will be a secondary responsibility.
  
  

Requirements:

• At least three years of product experience in Web3 wallets, digital assets, payments, or financial account systems.
• Familiarity with centralised wallet architecture, including deposits, withdrawals, asset sweeping, transaction signing, gas management, and blockchain confirmations.
• Strong understanding of account, ledger, reconciliation, clearing, and settlement systems. Double-entry ledger experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with major blockchains, token standards, and stablecoin mechanisms, including Ethereum, TRON, Solana, BSC, ERC-20, and TRC-20.
• Understanding of MPC, private-key management, hot/cold wallet segregation, and permission controls.
• Familiarity with KYC, AML, KYT, Travel Rule, and sanctions-screening requirements.
• Strong system-architecture, API product, and cross-functional execution skills
  
  

Preferred:

• Experience building a Web3 wallet, digital asset custody platform, or core ledger system from zero to one.
• Experience with CEXs, custodial wallets, stablecoin payments, cross-border payments, or crypto cards.
• Experience integrating with major custody or blockchain risk-management providers.
