About the Role
The Senior Product Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in San Juan del Monte. This role is responsible for driving business unit growth by leading cross-functional teams, executing business strategies, managing security and technology portfolios, building strategic customer and partner relationships, and ensuring commercial and operational success.
Key responsibilities
- Responsible for the success of the business unit by leading the cross-functional teams
- Builds harmonious professional relationships with customers, suppliers, and principals
- Develops strategies to ensure a sustainable business and monitors the execution of these strategies
- Ensures coverage of the CXOs of the strategic and enterprise accounts of Shellsoft
- Continuously stays informed on evolving threat landscapes, cybersecurity trends, emerging technologies, and technology innovations to identify relevant opportunities and solutions
- Evaluates new security solutions and services that are adaptive and deemed fit for the Shellsoft portfolio
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Product Management, Technology Solutions, Cybersecurity, Business Development, or related fields
- Proven experience in cross-functional leadership and product/solution management
- Strong business acumen in strategy, budgeting, costing, and profitability
- Experience managing enterprise accounts and CXO-level relationships
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, emerging technologies, and industry trends
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Relevant IT, Product Management, or Cybersecurity certifications are an advantage.
