The Qualifications We Seek
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
- 7-10+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or related roles
- Proven experience leading multiple Product Owners or product teams
- Experience managing complex product portfolios and large-scale digital initiatives
Technical Knowledge & Skills
- Strong expertise in product strategy, roadmap planning, and portfolio management
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and scaling methodologies such as SAFe and LeSS
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, and other product collaboration tools
- Solid understanding of technology, digital platforms, and system integrations
- Data-driven approach with experience defining and tracking KPIs, OKRs, and business performance metrics
Leadership & Professional Skills
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Strong decision-making and prioritization abilities in complex environments
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution oversight
Your Daily Tasks
Product Strategy & Portfolio Leadership
- Translate the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap into execution across multiple product lines and domains
- Align the product portfolio with organizational objectives, digital strategy, and evolving customer needs
- Prioritize initiatives that maximize business value and return on investment across the portfolio
Leadership & Capability Building
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Owners to ensure consistent delivery excellence
- Establish best practices, governance frameworks, and standards for product ownership and Agile delivery
- Foster a high-performing product organization built on accountability, collaboration, and customer focus
Portfolio Backlog Governance & Prioritization
- Oversee and govern product backlogs across multiple teams to maintain alignment with strategic priorities
- Balance short-term delivery needs with long-term business value through effective prioritization
- Ensure consistency in backlog management, user story quality, and acceptance criteria
Stakeholder Management & Executive Alignment
- Partner with executive stakeholders to define strategic priorities, funding, and success metrics
- Act as the primary escalation point for product-related decisions and trade-offs
- Communicate product strategy, progress, risks, and business outcomes to senior leadership
Delivery Oversight & Value Realization
- Ensure the successful delivery of product initiatives across multiple squads and product domains
- Monitor product performance using KPIs, OKRs, and measurable business outcomes
- Align delivery outputs with intended business value and return on investment
Customer-Centric Product Development
- Champion a customer-first mindset across all product teams
- Drive product decisions using customer insights, market trends, and data
- Continuously improve user experience, product adoption, and customer value
Agile Transformation & Governance
- Lead Agile maturity and adoption across teams to establish scalable ways of working
- Define governance models, Agile ceremonies, and performance metrics
- Strengthen alignment between Product, Engineering, and Business functions
Risk, Dependency & Change Management
- Identify and manage cross-product dependencies, risks, and constraints
- Proactively mitigate strategic and delivery risks
- Oversee change management initiatives and ensure alignment across impacted business units
