The Campaigns and Product Marketing Lead is responsible for planning and running marketing strategies and campaigns for
Gaming, Acerpure, Commercial, and Consumer products. The role focuses on making sure products are well-positioned in the
market, launching them successfully, and creating effective campaigns across digital, influencers, events, and traditional media.
This position works closely with Sales, Product Management, and other teams to ensure smooth execution while also managing
budgets and keeping all brand materials consistent. Overall, the role helps drive product awareness, customer engagement, and
business growth.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Product & Market Strategy: Develops strong product positioning using market and consumer insights, delivers regular
competitive and insight reports, and works with cross-functional teams to grow category performance and improve brand
perception.
• Campaign & Customer Engagement: Executes multi-channel marketing campaigns, leads digital, influencer, and
event activations, and tracks performance metrics to drive engagement, awareness, and continuous brand growth.
• GTM Strategy & Coordination: Manages go-to-market plans, aligns with Sales, Product, and other teams for smooth
product launches, and monitors launch performance to identify improvements.
• Marketing Budget & Reporting: Oversees marketing budgets for efficiency and ROI, maintains accurate budget
tracking and reconciliation, and monitors key cost metrics (CPL, CAC, ROI) to guide financial decisions.
Requirements:
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any related course.
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, or managing marketing campaigns.
• Strong skills in creating product messaging, planning go-to-market activities and understanding customer
needs.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Organized, analytical, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic skills required
• Able to manage digital, influencer, event, and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Proficient in evaluating market trends, customer behavior patterns, and competitor information to support
decisions.
Preferred:
Experience in budget planning, cost management, and campaign performance tracking (ROI, CPL, CAC)
