The Senior Procurement Manager (Coffee Category) will support the creation and implementation of business-wide category strategies that deliver value to the organization in alignment with Jollibee Foods Corporation (JFC)s overall business strategy. This includes:
- Establishing, leading, and developing the capability of his/her team
- Providing strategic input into category management framework and approaches
- Developing and project-managing the execution of category strategies
- Partnering with Global Procurement teams and executive teams of internal stakeholders
Supply and Risk Management
- Deliver a robust, optimized, and agile supplier network for current and future JFC requirements
Cost Leadership
- Achieve spend cost reduction by leveraging digital tools, business partnerships, and increasing spend influence and management to maximize savings
Supplier Relationship Management
- Manage supplier partnerships, performance, and the supplier lifecycle
- Deliver competitive advantage through leadership on cost, innovation, sustainability, and supply resiliency
People Leadership
- Lead a team, as well as manage projects and programs
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or any Business-related course.
- At least 5-10 years of professional experience and demonstrated knowledge of the food value chain.
- Must have prior exposure to coffee category management.
- Demonstrated success in managing a multi-disciplinary team in a project-led environment.
- Ability to craft long-term internal and external business relationships, manage change, and provide strategic leadership.
- Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (hybrid work setup).
