Work Setup: Hybrid (2 days onsite)

Job Summary

The Senior Procurement Manager (Coffee Category) is responsible for developing and executing category strategies that deliver value and support overall business objectives. This role leads procurement initiatives, strengthens supplier networks, and partners with internal and global teams to drive cost efficiency, innovation, and long-term supply sustainability. The position also serves as a subject matter expert, influencing stakeholders and ensuring alignment with strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities

Category Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement category strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead and manage projects to ensure effective execution of procurement initiatives.
  • Provide strategic input to improve category management frameworks and approaches.

Supply & Risk Management


  • Build and maintain a reliable and agile supplier network to meet current and future requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate supply risks to ensure continuity and stability.

Cost Management & Optimization


  • Drive cost reduction initiatives through strategic sourcing and spend management.
  • Leverage tools, data, and partnerships to maximize savings and efficiency.

Supplier Relationship Management


  • Manage supplier performance, contracts, and lifecycle.
  • Strengthen partnerships to drive value in cost, innovation, sustainability, and supply reliability.

Stakeholder & Team Leadership


  • Collaborate with global procurement teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead and develop the procurement team, ensuring strong performance and capability building.
  • Influence stakeholders and drive alignment with procurement strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • 810 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, with exposure to the food industry or value chain.
  • Experience in coffee category management, sourcing, or related operational environments.
  • Proven experience managing teams and leading projects in a cross-functional setting.
  • Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to build long-term business relationships and drive change initiatives.
  • Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig under a hybrid work setup.
