Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Procurement Executive (Korean Speaker) to support procurement and sourcing activities for a regional business operation. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure efficient procurement processes and supply continuity.

Description

Manage purchasing and procurement activities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery.
Support supplier relationship management and performance monitoring.
Process purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and business requirements.
Assist in identifying cost-saving and process improvement opportunities.
Utilize Korean language skills when communicating with Korean-speaking stakeholders and vendors.

Profile

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, or a related field.
Business proficiency in Korean (min TOPIK Level 4) and English, both written and spoken.
Min 1 year experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, supply chain, or related functions (e.g. order management).
Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or multinational environment will be an added advantage.
