YOUR ROLE

  • Graduate of any engineering course except Civil Engineering.
  • With at least 7 years experience in Assembly Process engineering in the semiconductor industry or in a similar environment.
  • Must demonstrate skills in problem solving tools, Statistical Process Control, Failure

Mode and Effect Analysis, Process Mapping, Eight Discipline (8D).

  • A strategic thinker with a collaborative mindset, demonstrating a passion for leading and thriving in multi-functional environments.
  • Must demonstrate skills in quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Must be familiar with Assembly Process operations, engineering evaluations, process simplification, a distinct skill needed is to be knowledgeable in Automatic Visual Inspection Process for both wafer and post Wirebond, and also be knowledgeable in Wirebond process.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills,

able to connect, collaborate well with stakeholders (customer, suppliers, and colleagues).

  • Keen attention to detail with strong capabilities in data organization and advanced analytics
