Job Description

As the Actuarial Pricing Manager, you will:

Lead financial modelling and pricing strategy for product development initiatives
Provide recommendations on product design, positioning, and commercial viability
Review documentation for product and reinsurance approvals
Support or lead negotiations on reinsurance arrangements
Communicate pricing results to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
Ensure timely delivery and accuracy of actuarial outputs
Drive pricing initiatives and oversee ad hoc requests from different channels
Manage and mentor the actuarial pricing team to meet defined KPIs

The Successful Applicant

What Makes a Successful Actuarial Pricing Manager

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
Minimum 7 years of progressive actuarial experience
Associate of the Society of Actuaries (or equivalent), nearing Fellowship preferred
Strong expertise in actuarial pricing and insurance operations
Proven experience in project and people management
Excellent communication skills, translating complex actuarial results clearly
Ability to influence stakeholders and support strategic decisions
