Senior Presentation Designers at SlideGenius are responsible for producing exciting and innovative presentations for our clients.
You have polished design instincts as well as advanced problem-solving competency. When it comes to designing presentations, you have hands-on experience that allows you to mentor other designers and act as a guide for best practices. You are a part of the design process from start to finish, working on the concept of the design as well as its overall production. Some projects require working independently while others involve working within a team. Execution of projects is done under the supervision and guidance of an Art Director, who Senior Presentation Designers also report to.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create presentation materials, multimedia PowerPoint presentations, and marketing materials.
- Adhere to brand compliance standards set by either the client or SlideGenius when designing presentations.
- Collaborate with Art Director on project assignments execution.
- Assist in mentoring and guiding other designers.
- Work closely with team members in project development, which includes originating concepts and choosing media, preparing, and presenting creative proposals, setting realistic timelines, tracking project progress, and completing projects on deadline and within budget.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (mainly Illustrator and Photoshop).
- Exceptional understanding of basic design principles.
- Experience producing a variety of collateral for various audiences and industries and working within set brand guidelines.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Well-organized and able to prioritize multiple different tasks while practicing excellent organizational skills.
- Experience in effectively managing projects for self and/or team members.
- Experience in a leadership role is a plus!
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and facilitative.
- Strong organizational ability and ability to multitask.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, related to Graphic Design.
- 3-5 years of graphic design experience.
- Minimum of 2 years experience designing presentations in PowerPoint.
