This is a critical, client-facing role, and we are seeking a highly skilled candidate who is fully qualified, confident in their fit, and able to perform at a high level. ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a senior individual contributor role carrying real weight. You'll manage paid search strategy across a portfolio of home services clients that includes accounts spending over $200,000 per month. You'll own everything from campaign strategy to CRM integration to landing page builds. You report to the Operations Manager and work alongside web designers and account managers, but the paid media strategy is yours.
We're not looking for someone to follow a playbook. We want someone who has their own and knows when to adjust it.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own Google Ads strategy across Search, Display, Performance Max, and Local Services Ads for a portfolio of home services clients including six-figure monthly spend accounts
- Build, manage, and optimize Local Services Ads (LSA / Google Guaranteed)
- Set up and manage Google Tag Manager from scratch, including conversion tracking, custom events, and attribution configuration
- Integrate ad data with client CRMs via API, specifically ServiceTitan, to match leads to closed jobs and produce true revenue-based ROI reporting
- Set up and manage call tracking in WhatConverts, connecting calls to campaigns and revenue outcomes
- Build and optimize landing pages in GoHighLevel, both from templates and from the ground up
- Build client-facing performance dashboards in Looker Studio that go beyond ad metrics and show real business results
- Manage budgets, bids, negative keywords, audience segments, and campaign structure across all accounts
- Use AI tools and automations in your daily workflow to work efficiently at scale
- Join client calls 1 to 2 times per month to present results and strategy with confidence
- Spot problems and opportunities early and act on them without being asked
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of hands-on Google Ads management with proven experience on six-figure monthly spend accounts
- Experience in home services PPC, plumbing, HVAC, or electrical strongly preferred
- Google Ads certified (Search and Display minimum)
- Expert-level Google Tag Manager setup and management
- Experience with CRM integrations and closed-loop ROI reporting (ServiceTitan experience a strong plus)
- Proficient in GA4, Google Ads Editor, Looker Studio, and Google Sheets
- Experience building landing pages (GoHighLevel a strong plus)
- Comfortable with API-based integrations and technically capable of managing them independently
- Strong spoken and written English, client calls are part of this role
- Available and focused 8am to 5pm CST, Monday through Friday
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- WhatConverts or similar call tracking platform experience
- Bing Ads / Microsoft Advertising experience
- Meta Ads experience (Google is the priority, Meta is a bonus)
- Experience building AI automations or agents to improve workflow efficiency
- Familiarity with home services seasonality, dispatch workflows, and the full lead-to-job revenue cycle
