We are seeking an experienced Senior Power Platform Administrator to lead the governance, administration, and operational management of enterprise Power Platform environments. In this role, you will ensure the stability, security, performance, and compliance of solutions built on Microsoft Power Platform, while driving best practices across environment management, platform governance, and lifecycle operations.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience administering and supporting Microsoft Power Platform environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
- Experience managing Power Platform Admin Center, environment provisioning, security, and governance.
- Solid understanding of Data Loss Prevention (DLP), role-based access control, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), solution deployment, and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), and identity management.
- Experience using monitoring and observability tools such as Azure Monitor, Application Insights, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of PowerShell, Power Platform CLI, and scripting for automation and operational efficiency.
- Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience implementing Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Toolkit.
- Knowledge of ITIL, service management, incident management, and change management frameworks.
- Experience in enterprise-scale Power Platform governance and architecture.
- Background in capacity planning, licensing optimization, and cloud operations.
- Exposure to Agile delivery environments and digital transformation initiatives.
What You'll Do:
- Administer and manage Power Platform environments, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
- Monitor platform health, storage usage, capacity, licensing, and performance to ensure optimal operations.
- Design and manage environment strategies across Development, Test, UAT, and Production environments.
- Configure and enforce security controls, access management, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.
- Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and resolution of platform issues and service disruptions.
- Support application lifecycle management (ALM), deployment pipelines, and release processes.
- Implement governance standards, naming conventions, and operational best practices across the platform.
- Manage tenant-wide licensing, connector usage, capacity planning, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Develop and maintain operational documentation, support runbooks, and platform administration procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through automation, monitoring enhancements, and platform optimization.
