Job Summary
The Senior Portfolio Test Governance Manager is accountable for ensuring that testing across a portfolio of programs, projects, and technology initiatives is governed, controlled, and executed in alignment with organizational risk, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain portfolio-wide test governance frameworks, standards, and controls.
- Oversee testing activities across multiple projects and programs to ensure quality and compliance.
- Review and approve test strategies, plans, and release readiness assessments.
- Monitor testing progress, quality metrics, defects, risks, and issues across the portfolio.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, audit, and organizational requirements.
- Provide governance reporting and recommendations to senior stakeholders and leadership.
- Facilitate risk identification, escalation, and resolution related to testing and quality.
- Drive continuous improvement, test automation, and quality engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with business, technology, risk, audit, and project teams to achieve quality objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and support testing governance and quality assurance teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Information Technology, or a related discipline is an advantage.
- 10+ years of experience in Software Testing, QA, or Quality Engineering
- 5+ years in Test Management, Test Governance, or Quality Assurance leadership roles.
- Relevant professional certifications preferred (e.g., ISTQB, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe, CISA, ITIL, or Certified ScrumMaster)
- Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Makati/Ortigas.
