- Support & optimise PMOs across projects, programs and portfolios.
- Uplift maturity—refine processes, tools and metrics that make governance hum.
- Own governance—schedule, cost, RAID, benefits: nothing slips.
- Coach peers—motivate, guide and upskill PMO analysts and coordinators.
- Influence up—translate data into clear, decision-ready insights for senior stakeholders.
- Stay cool—your composure steadies the room when stakes spike.

- Track record guiding traditional and agile initiatives.
- 7 + years refining governance & controls that actually work.
