What You'll Do:

  • Provide senior-level administrative support to the Alliance Team
  • Maintain & improve governance frameworks, standards, templates & processes
  • Coordinate vendor documentation, schedules, registers & artefacts
  • Produce accurate & timely reporting
  • Support financial tracking, forecasting & project administration activities
  • Assist with vendor audits, quality assurance & continuous improvement initiatives
  • Act as a key liaison between vendors, the alliance team & other internal stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

  • 4-5 years senior PMO Administrator experience in a Managed Services environment or large government agency, preferably within an outsourcing environment
  • Experience supporting multiple projects or programs simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members, management, customers & other stakeholders
  • Highly proficient & advanced skills with MS 365 (especially Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Proven analytical & problem-solving capabilities
  • High attention to detail
  • Effective team player, has a positive approach to work & team members, flexible, shows initiative, can work under pressure, is acknowledged as reliable & capable
  • Highly organized with good time management skills
