Coordination of key finance deliverables, including but not limited to ICAAP, debt and capital-raising exercises, with other units;
Prepare the annual ICAAP document, offering circulars, and other documentation requirements for capital management and debt-raising exercises in coordination with key units (i.e. ERM, Treasury, etc.)
Provide support in the budget, business planning, and business review processes; liaise with the different business units to gather inputs and consolidate for presentation to management;
Provide support to annual strategic planning exercises of parent bank and/or subsidiaries;
Monitor bank-wide and business performance vs. budget, and prepare management reports;
Maintain a database of market and financial information for the use of management and other banking units;
Prepare internal management performance reports, including competitor scan, for presentation to senior management and banking units;
Provide support in the preparation of documentation requirements and transaction documents for various strategic projects (i.e. M&As, joint ventures, etc.); and
Provide cross-functional support to various tasks and special projects performed under the Corporate Planning Group
