Responsibilities:
- Prepare Detailed Project Baseline Package/Programme in accordance with Approved Planning Process and Procedures Manual
- Prepare Manpower and Equipment Schedules in close collaboration with Project Control Manager/ Project Manager
- Update and Monitor the Project Progress and Productivity rates against the Approved Baseline Programmer
- Review Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Reports for the Project
- Review KPI Sheets form Project Programme and update them on daily basis
- Review daily Progress Drawing for the project in collaboration with survey / Drafting Department
- Prepare project risks related to scheduling and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential delays
- Prepare Monthly Meeting Presentations and various documents/calculations for planning purposes
- Provide analysis and recommendations as to corrective action based upon planning data
- Ensure that project planning, monitoring controls high calibre level in order to meet the set targets in terms of project schedules, optimum productivity & efficiency
- Liaising with project them members in gathering data in support of the planning process
Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering in a related discipline, or equivalent
- Hands on experience in P6 Primavera software
- Minimum 08 years of experience in project planning, monitoring and production control, in related industries
- Preferably with experience in dredging and civil marine projects
