Senior Planning Engineer

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Prepare baseline programs, progress updates, recovery plans, and look-ahead schedules.
• Monitor project progress and identify schedule risks and delays.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, commercial, and project teams.
• Analyze delay and disruption events and support claims-related planning activities.
• Prepare planning reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and clients.
• Support project execution through effective planning and resource optimization.
  

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, Construction Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of planning experience in construction projects.
• Proven experience in MEP works for Data Center projects.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and project scheduling methodologies.
• Good understanding of construction sequences, critical path analysis, and resource planning.
• Experience working with contractors, subcontractors, and client teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience on large-scale mission-critical facilities or hyperscale data centers.
• Knowledge of delay analysis, claims support, and 4D planning.
