.Act as a primary point of contact for customers via Sales, Cust Ops and CSRs on supply status, demand alignment, and delivery commitments.

.Proactively manage and communicate supply versus demand to ensure transparency and reliable order fulfillment.

.Respond promptly to customer expedites, pull-ins, and inquiries, providing clear and accurate supply updates.

.Develop and execute feasible manufacturing and delivery schedules that support customer priorities and business commitments.
