Full-time, work from home (Philippines based)
Racket is a full-service marketing agency that works as an embedded partner to our clients, not a set-and-forget ad shop. We are growing, and we are looking for a senior performance marketer who owns their accounts end to end and does not need to be chased to do it.
This is not a support role. You will be trusted with real client accounts, real budgets, and real outcomes. We want someone who treats every account like the client is watching, because they are, and who flags problems early rather than letting them surface in a report.
This is a full-time role and requires your full focus. It is not suited to anyone looking to run multiple jobs at once.
What you'll own
- Building, managing and optimising performance campaigns across Google Ads and Meta, including search, display, video, shopping and paid social
- Lead generation, acquisition and full-funnel strategy across awareness, consideration and conversion audiences
- Proactive account hygiene as a non-negotiable: search term and placement reviews, negative keyword management, budget pacing and tracking checks done without being asked
- Raising issues, overspends and risks early and clearly, with a recommended fix, not just a flag
- Developing client strategies of a high standard, including research, insight and contribution to strategy workshops
- Briefing our design team on data-driven, scroll-stopping creative and running a genuine testing and experimentation program
- Setting up and managing tracking and measurement across Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel
- Preparing and presenting clear campaign reports using our reporting software, with insight and scaling opportunities, not just numbers
- Staying current on Meta and Google updates and bringing those changes to your accounts
- Excellent written and spoken English, with strong grammar and comprehension. You will be interpreting client briefs, writing reports and briefing our team, so clarity and accuracy in English are essential
What you need
- 4+ years managing paid media accounts, ideally in an agency environment
- Demonstrated ownership of accounts end to end, with examples of work you actioned proactively rather than reactively
- Strong Google Ads expertise, with current certifications in Search and Display (Shopping and AI-powered performance certifications are a plus)
- Meta Blueprint certification or equivalent hands-on Meta buying experience
- Confident with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Pixel setup and troubleshooting
- Strong strategic thinking, clear written and verbal communication, and a high level of accountability
- Self-motivated, organised, and genuinely across the detail of every account you touch

- Experience with Google Merchant Center
- Experience with Zapier for automation
- Experience with Swydo or similar reporting tools
