We are building a high-performance paid media team and are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to guide strategy, lead a team of PPC specialists, and drive measurable growth for our clients.
Role Overview
This is a senior leadership role within our paid media division.
You will lead a pod of 4-5 PPC specialists and be responsible for campaign strategy, performance oversight, and client communication across both lead generation and e-commerce accounts.
You will collaborate directly with agency leadership to define strategic direction, improve performance frameworks, and support scaling initiatives.
This role combines strategic thinking, hands-on expertise, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategy and performance optimization across major paid media platforms
- Develop scalable testing frameworks for both lead gen and e-commerce accounts
- Mentor and guide 4-5 PPC specialists on campaign structure and optimization
- Participate in client calls to present strategy and performance insights
- Improve CPL, ROAS, and overall account profitability
- Oversee tracking setup (GA4, GTM, CRM integrations, offline conversions)
- Conduct account audits and identify scaling opportunities
- Support forecasting and budget allocation decisions
- Collaborate with creative and CRO teams to improve performance
Ideal Profile
- 57 years experience managing paid media campaigns
- Experience with both lead generation and e-commerce accounts
- Experience leading or mentoring PPC specialists
- Strong North American market understanding
- Advanced knowledge of GA4 and conversion tracking
- Strong communication skills and confidence in client-facing situations
- Analytical, structured, and commercially minded
