About the role:

The Senior AnalystPeople Rewards, is a critical member of the People Operations team, responsible for leveraging data and analytics to support the design, implementation, and ongoing administration of competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs. This role involves in-depth analysis, market research, program support, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations to attract, motivate, and retain top talent. The Senior Analyst will contribute to the strategic evolution of Ubiquity's key principles and operations in total rewards.

What You'll Do:

Compensation Analysis & Program Support:

  • Conduct thorough market pricing of jobs using various compensation surveys and market data to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
  • Participate in annual and ad-hoc compensation surveys
  • Conduct salary and benefits market intelligence for local and targeted markets
  • Analyze survey data, economic trends, and internal compensation data to develop recommendations for salary structures, pay ranges, and individual pay adjustments.
  • Support the annual compensation planning cycle, including merit increases creases and bonus programs, from design to communication and execution.
  • Assist with job evaluation and leveling processes, ensuring consistency and fairness across the organization.
  • Conduct ad-hoc compensation analyses to address specific business needs or respond to inquiries from People Team, stakeholders and senior leaders

Data Management, Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain the integrity and accuracy of total rewards data within Orion and other supporting People Rewards tools and systems
  • Develop and generate routine and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and presentations on compensation, benefits, and other HR metrics.
  • Conduct regular audits of total rewards data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency.
  • Stay abreast of best practices, emerging trends, and legislative changes in total rewards.
  • Ensure all total rewards programs comply with state and local laws and regulations

Project Management & Strategic Support

  • Lead or actively participate in people rewards projects, such as new program implementations, system enhancements, or M&A integrations
  • Provide guidance and support to People Partners, TA, and other stakeholders on compensation and benefits policies, programs, and individual cases.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions on total rewards topics for People team and managers.
  • Research and analyze best practices in total rewards to recommend innovative solutions aligned with the company's business strategy.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Experience: 3-5+ years of progressive experience in Compensation, Benefits, or a combined Total Rewards role in a rapidly growing or global organization

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, and databases (complex formulas, data modeling).
  • Strong experience with HR Information Systems HRIS
  • Familiarity with compensation survey tools and platforms (e.g., Radford, Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, Aon)
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and information clearly and concisely to various audiences.
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of compensation principles, job evaluation methodologies, and benefits plan design and administration
  • Compliance: Knowledge of relevant local or state regulations about compensation and benefits
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and build strong relationships across the organization.
  • Confidentiality: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Prior experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
