Senior People Development Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a Sr. People Development Analyst to support the design, delivery, and execution of learning and capability development initiatives across our organization. This role partners with business leaders, stakeholders, facilitators, and People teams to create engaging learning experiences that support employee growth and organizational success.

The ideal candidate combines strong facilitation skills, program management experience, and a passion for learning and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate learning programs, workshops, and onboarding experiences for employees and managers.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify capability needs and support the execution of learning solutions.
• Manage learning programs from planning through completion, including scheduling, communications, logistics, and reporting.
• Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a positive and seamless new hire experience.
• Track program outcomes, learner feedback, and participation data to support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver high-quality learning experiences.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Capability Development, HR Program Management, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to facilitate audiences confidently.
• Proven experience facilitating training, workshops, or development programs for employee and manager audiences.
• Demonstrated experience delivering leadership development and behavioral learning programs.
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging and effective learning experiences, including instructional design, curriculum development, and learning content creation.
• Knowledge of instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE, SAM, or equivalent methodologies.
• Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence and partner with business leaders.
• Experience facilitating both live classroom and virtual learning sessions.
• Strong proficiency with learning technologies, collaboration tools, and virtual training platforms.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience incorporating AI-powered tools into learning design or delivery.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar technologies.
• Professional facilitation certification.
• Coaching certification.
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide or large-scale capability development initiatives.
