Role Overview
As the Senior People & Culture Officer, you'll serve as a senior People Partner for assigned Delivery business units, with a strong focus on the Staffing Group. You'll work closely with operational leaders to strengthen leadership capability, employee performance, engagement, workforce planning, and organisational effectiveness. You'll also guide complex employee relations matters, support policy application, and translate business priorities into practical people solutions that help teams succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the Trusted People Partner: Partner with Delivery leaders on workforce planning, engagement, retention, performance, and organisational change.
- Guide Employee Relations: Lead complex employee relations investigations, facilitate hearings, recommend next steps, and escalate high-risk matters when needed.
- Coach Leaders with Confidence: Support managers through performance discussions, conflict resolution, documentation, and practical leadership coaching.
- Drive Capability and Engagement: Work with Capability & Engagement teams to identify learning needs, support talent reviews, and reinforce leadership and engagement programs.
- Keep People Operations Sharp: Mentor People & Culture Officers, review ER documentation, monitor service levels, prepare reports, and recommend process improvements.
- Use Insights to Improve Outcomes: Analyse workforce trends, organisational health metrics, and people data to recommend practical interventions.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR or People & Culture experience.
- At least 2 years in an HR Business Partner, Senior People & Culture, or Employee Relations role.
- Experience in a BPO, shared services, or corporate environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, Philippine labour practices, and HR governance.
- Confident coaching leaders, influencing stakeholders, and handling sensitive employment matters with professionalism.
- Comfortable working with people data, reports, dashboards, and workforce insights.
- A practical, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach to people partnership.
