Your Role
As a Senior People Business Partner Manager, you will:
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders to drive people strategies that enable business performance, organizational effectiveness, and sustainable growth.
- This role blends data-driven decision-making, deep HR expertise, and strong stakeholder influence to shape a high-performing, engaged, and resilient workforce.
- Act as a trusted advisor, the Senior People Business Partner leads end-to-end people initiatives across multiple business units—ensuring alignment between talent, culture, and business priorities.
- Strategic Partnership & Business Alignment Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, shaping workforce planning, talent strategies, and organizational design across multiple corporate functions
Align people strategies with business goals to drive performance, scalability, and
operational excellence
Influence leadership decisions through strong business acumen and insight-driven
recommendations
- Data Analytics & Insights Leverage HR analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the employee lifecycle. Translate complex data into actionable insights that inform strategic and operational decisions
Build and drive adoption of dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor key
people metrics (e.g., attrition, engagement, performance)
Stakeholder Management & Influence
Build strong, credible partnerships with cross-functional leaders and stakeholders
Navigate complex organizational dynamics and drive alignment on key people
initiatives
Act as a trusted coach to leaders, strengthening leadership capability and
accountability
- End-to-End People Leadership Lead and optimize the delivery of core HR functions including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational development
Ensure consistent execution of HR policies, processes, and programs in compliance
with labor laws and company standards
Partner with Centers of Excellence (COEs) on compensation, benefits, and talent
programs
- Employee Engagement & Culture Champion employee engagement, retention, and well-being initiatives that drive measurable improvements in organizational climate and productivity Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture grounded in accountability and continuous learning
- Learning & Capability Building Design and deliver leadership and employee development programs to address capability gaps Support onboarding and assimilation initiatives to accelerate new hire integration and engagement
Coach managers on effective people management, feedback, and team development
- Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution Lead complex employee relations cases with sound judgment, fairness, and confidentiality Serve as a primary point of contact for workplace concerns, ensuring timely and balanced resolution Proactively identify risks and implement interventions to maintain a positive and compliant work environment
What You Need
- Proven experience as an HR/People Business Partner supporting senior leadership in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong expertise across multiple HR disciplines (employee relations, performance management, talent development, etc.)
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
- Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and coaching capabilities
- Experience in designing and delivering training and development programs
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
