Senior Payroll & HR Operations Specialist

We are hiring a Senior Payroll & HR Operations Specialist to own end-to-end Philippines payroll and HR operations for client employees within a shared-service / EOR environment.

This is a senior, hands-on role requiring strong expertise in Philippines payroll compliance, tax annualisation, statutory remittances, and the ability to manage complex employee and client cases independently.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end PH payroll and HR lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, final pay, quitclaims, COE)
• Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time, including validation and reconciliation
• Support annualisation and preparation of BIR Form 2316 and related reporting, working closely with tax consultants where applicable
• Ensure timely filing and remittance of BIR reports and statutory contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
• Handle employee and client queries related to payroll, benefits, and basic compliance matters
• Support audits, documentation, and resolution of payroll-related issues

Who We Are Looking For

• 4–6+ years of hands-on Philippines payroll experience
• Experience running payroll cycles independently with strong accuracy
• Familiar with BIR filings, annualisation, and statutory contributions (end-to-end ownership not required)
• Experience in shared services, EOR, BPO, or payroll outsourcing environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
