Senior Payroll Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Senior Analyst – Payroll to join our team and support payroll operations, systems, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of systems used to process payroll transactions, including salaries, benefits, garnishments, deductions, taxes, and third-party payments.
• Oversee payroll changes such as new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, and other employee updates.
• Support payroll system upgrades and process improvements.
• Liaise with auditors and assist in managing payroll tax audits and related requirements.
• Handle complex and non-routine payroll activities using sound judgment and established principles.
• Work collaboratively with the team under broad supervision while contributing expertise to payroll-related projects.
• Identify and escalate complex issues outside the defined scope and work with relevant stakeholders toward resolution.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of standard and non-standard payroll tasks.
• Adapt to changing business requirements and contribute to operational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant payroll experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, transactions, and related systems.
• Experience handling complex payroll concerns, process improvements, or payroll-related projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and exercise sound judgment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential payroll information.
