What you'll be doing:
This positioniscritical for the proper performance and payroll processes, ticket and email managements.Process payroll accurate and effective on a timely manner. Comply to the government statutory requirements. Also, capable to provide a customer satisfaction which is our employees.
What you'll bring to us:
.Provide, coordinate, and consolidate all necessary data to process payroll in a timely and accurate manner following legal and company standards
.Participate in the analysis, preparation, and maintenance of payroll
.Ensure that the preparation and distribution of payroll complies with established schedules
.Compile and calculate payroll data
.Investigate and resolve errors in payroll processing
.Knowledge of the Company's policies and procedures related to payroll, timekeeping, audit, and accounting.
.Answers all customer's inquiries through various channels - email, ticket, chat communications
.Process final pay, maternity and sickness advances and prepare necessary documents
.Year- end processing /taxation
.Knowledge in accrual reporting preparation and analyst
.Other tasks assigned by the manager
What skills you'll need:
.Knowledge of Kronos, Oracle HR, payroll and general ledger systems
.Knowledge in SOX Audit and Compliance
.Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills
.Great interpersonal skills in dealing with a diverse population
.Able to respect and ensure strict confidentiality of employee and payroll data. High level of integrity and judgment
.Proficient in English, both written and verbal
.Proficient in Microsoft office
.3 to 5 years of experience processing payroll for Thailand and Malaysia. Knowledge of other countries is an advantage.
