High-impact financial advice starts with precise strategy and expert documentation. This SeniorParaplanner role plays a critical part in delivering compliant, client-ready Statements of Advice (SOAs) that shape long-term wealth decisions. Supporting Australian advisers, you will apply deep technical expertise, advanced XPLAN capability, and strong analytical thinking to ensure every recommendation is accurate, structured, and aligned with client goals-while building a stable, long-term global career from home.

The Qualifications We Seek

• Degree or Diploma in Financial Planning preferred
• 3-5+ years of paraplanning experience, preferably with Australian financial planning firms
• Strong experience writing complex Statements of Advice (SOAs) required
• Proficiency in Xplan, including WealthSolver, Risk Researcher, XTOOLS+, and document writing through Wizards
• High computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines.
• High attention to detail with the ability to deliver accurate work under tight timelines
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively in a cohesive team environment
• RG146 certification preferred but not required

Your Daily Tasks

• Write strategy documents for financial planning engagements
• Prepare Statements of Advice (SOA) documents
• Obtain information on existing insurance, superannuation, and investment products
• Maintain comprehensive and compliant client records in Xplan and shared drives
• Conduct research on existing financial products
• Model superannuation replacement scenarios in WealthSolver within Xplan
• Model insurance replacement scenarios in RiskResearcher within Xplan
• Complete cash flow and asset projections using XTOOLS and XTOOLS+
