Job Description


Are you a results-driven digital marketer capable of scaling high-performing campaigns Our client is seeking a Senior Media Buyer to take full ownership of strategy, execution, and optimization across Meta and Google Ads for 15+ active accounts. This role is ideal for an experienced agency-side Media Buyer who can independently manage the entire advertising lifecycle—from campaign strategy and setup to optimization and reporting. The successful candidate must have extensive hands-on experience building, launching, and managing campaigns for service-based businesses across both Meta and Google Ads, without relying on managers or other team members for guidance or execution.

10:00 AM ET – 6:00 PM ET (Equivalent of 8 working hours per day)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute advertising strategies across Meta and Google Ads.
  • Independently set up, launch, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns for multiple service-based business clients.
  • Manage a portfolio of 15+ client accounts while maintaining strong campaign performance and ROI.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven optimizations to maximize lead generation and return on ad spend.
  • Conduct A/B testing on audiences, creatives, offers, and landing pages.
  • Analyze campaign metrics and identify opportunities for scaling and continuous improvement.
  • Set up, manage, and troubleshoot conversion tracking and attribution systems.
  • Manage and maintain Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Conversion APIs, and other tracking integrations.
  • Configure and maintain Zapier automations and GoHighLevel (GHL) connections.
  • Prepare and present campaign performance reports and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in client meetings via Zoom and communicate professionally through email.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and strategy teams while maintaining ownership of campaign execution.
  • Ensure advertising accounts remain compliant with platform policies and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Media Buyer or Paid Ads Specialist within a digital marketing agency.
  • Demonstrated experience independently setting up, launching, managing, and optimizing Meta and Google Ads campaigns without requiring support from managers or other team members.
  • Strong experience managing paid advertising for service-based businesses.
  • Proven track record of generating qualified leads and delivering measurable ROI across multiple client accounts.
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and performance analytics.
  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversion APIs.
  • Experience with Zapier and GoHighLevel (GHL) integrations.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and client accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Comfortable presenting campaign performance and strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Highly organized, proactive, self-managed, and dependable.
