Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in paid media, with a strong focus on B2B campaigns
- Proven hands-on expertise in LinkedIn Ads as a primary platform
- Strong experience in Google Ads Search
- Exposure to display platforms, including YouTube, Google Display Network, or programmatic channels
- Experience with Microsoft Ads (Bing) is preferred
- Strong understanding of B2B demand generation and full-funnel strategy
- Experience with HubSpot for reporting, attribution, and lifecycle stage management
- Familiarity with tools such as Apollo, Factors.ai, or similar platforms
- Demonstrated ability to analyze performance data and execute strategic optimizations
- Proven experience in running structured A/B testing programs

Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Ownership
- Execute and manage paid media campaigns, primarily across LinkedIn Ads
- Support campaigns across Google Ads (Search and Display), Microsoft Ads, YouTube, and other programmatic platforms
- Own end-to-end campaign setup, including audience creation, ad builds, tracking, and launch
- Align campaigns with broader B2B demand generation and pipeline goals
Optimization & Testing
- Monitor and optimize campaigns based on performance data
- Lead A/B testing strategy and execution across creatives, messaging, audiences, and landing pages
- Identify opportunities to improve CPL, CTR, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
- Introduce new testing ideas and optimization strategies
Creative & Asset Collaboration
- Manage requests and briefs for ad creatives and campaign assets
- Provide clear, performance-driven feedback to design and content teams
- Guide messaging and creative direction based on platform best practices and performance insights
Search & Cross-Channel Insight
- Collaborate with the PPC Manager on Google and Bing search campaigns
- Contribute insights to support a full-funnel, multi-channel paid strategy
- Apply understanding of how LinkedIn, search, and display channels interact across the buyer journey
Analytics, Attribution & Reporting
- Analyze campaign performance using platform data and HubSpot attribution reporting
- Track and report on full-funnel metrics, including leads, MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline contribution
- Use tools such as Apollo, Factors.ai, or similar platforms to understand buyer journeys
- Deliver clear reports with actionable insights and recommendations
Budget Contribution
- Provide input on budget allocation based on performance trends and scaling opportunities
- Identify opportunities where additional investment drives the highest pipeline impact
