We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-driven Senior Paid Acquisition Specialist to take full ownership of traffic generation, campaign execution, and performance optimization across both paid and organic channels.
This is a hands-on role where you will build, launch, manage, and scale campaigns across multiple platforms while continuously improving performance through data-driven decision-making. You will support multiple brands and audiences, requiring strong adaptability, strategic thinking, and the ability to operate independently while driving measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Acquisition & Media Buying
- Own end-to-end paid acquisition strategy, execution, optimization, and scaling across multiple brands
- Build and manage campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms
- Develop campaign structures, audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and bidding approaches
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve conversion rates, lead quality, and return on ad spend
- Test and iterate ad creatives, messaging, audiences, and landing pages
Conversion Tracking & Analytics
- Implement and manage conversion tracking across all acquisition channels
- Work with tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and attribution models
- Analyze performance metrics including CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and CVR
- Build reports and dashboards to monitor campaign effectiveness and inform decisions
- Identify funnel gaps and optimize user journeys to improve conversions
SEO, AEO & Organic Growth
- Execute SEO strategies to improve search visibility and lead generation
- Optimize content for traditional and AI-driven search experiences
- Support long-term organic growth aligned with acquisition goals
Creative & Ad Execution
- Write and optimize direct-response ad copy focused on engagement and conversions
- Develop messaging, hooks, and offers for paid campaigns
- Collaborate on creative development and continuously improve performance through testing
AI-Driven Marketing
- Leverage AI tools to enhance campaign execution, research, and content creation
- Improve workflow efficiency and campaign scalability through AI-driven processes
Requirements
- 4–8+ years of experience in paid acquisition, performance marketing, or media buying
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (mandatory)
- Experience managing high-budget campaigns (minimum $500K annual ad spend)
- Proven ability to build campaigns from scratch and scale performance across the funnel
- Strong understanding of bidding strategies, campaign structure, and budget optimization
- Deep knowledge of performance metrics including CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
- Experience with analytics and tracking tools such as GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and attribution models
- Ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute independently
- Highly motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Certifications (Required)
