You'll Be Responsible For
- Lead CSA package delivery, ensuring compliance with Mace standards, safety, quality, and project objectives.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams to drive successful outcomes.
- Provide technical leadership across design, procurement, tendering, and contract administration activities.
- Oversee programme delivery, managing milestones, interfaces, risks, logistics, and package performance.
- Drive commissioning, handover, and project close-out, ensuring high-quality completion and client satisfaction.
- Champion innovation, continuous improvement, and net zero carbon goals through sustainable project delivery.
You'll Need To Have
- Degree-qualified engineer with relevant professional accreditation and technical expertise in construction delivery.
- Strong experience leading complex CSA/building services packages on major construction projects.
- Proven knowledge of design, planning, procurement, commercial management, commissioning, and project controls.
- Collaborative leader with strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability.
