Job Description
I. Purpose of the Role
The Organizational Effectiveness Senior Specialist is responsible for leading and driving initiatives that enhance employee development, performance, and engagement. The role involves designing. implementing, and evaluating development programs, training initiatives, and change management strategies to ensure alignment with business goals.

The role involves designing. implementing, and evaluating development programs, training initiatives, and change management strategies to ensure alignment with business goals.
II. Key Responsibilities
Organizational Development & Change Management
- Assist the OE Supervisor in the design and rollout of organizational development initiatives and change management strategies.
- Support in coordinating culture-building and employee engagement activities.
- Provide facilitation support during workshops and team-building sessions.
- Design organization-wide development and training programs tailored to identified needs.
- Develop communication strategies to support change initiatives.
- Assist in implementing new systems, structures, or processes that improve effectiveness.
- Provide tools and resources to help managers lead through change.
- Support the OE Supervisor in conducting training needs analyses and developing learning initiatives
- Assist in coordinating training schedules, logistics, and program communication.
- Gather post-training evaluation data and prepare reports for review.
- Develop evaluation tools (surveys, scorecards, feedback forms) to measure program effectiveness.
- Analyze outcomes against objectives to assess success.
- Prepare reports with actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Provide support in implementing performance management tools and processes.
- Assist in monitoring employee engagement trends and preparing reports.
- Support the OE Supervisor in coordinating recognition and engagement programs.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing OE-related policies and guidelines under supervisor's direction.
- Support compliance monitoring activities related to OE policies and programs.
- Help ensure documentation meets audit and reporting requirements.
- Collect, consolidate. and analyze OE-related data to support decision-making.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for the OE Supervisor and management.
- Recommend small process improvements based on data findings.
- Coordinate with HR and cross-functional teams to provide administrative and logistical support for OE initiatives.
- Serve as a point of contact for basic OE-related inquiries, escalating issues to the OE Supervisor as needed.
- Support onboarding and mentoring of junior HR staff when required.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or any related field.
- Professional certifications in HR, Training & Development, or Organizational Development (e.g., CHRP, OD Certification, Training Facilitator Certification) are an advantage.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Training & Development, or Employee Engagement.
- Experience in conducting organizational needs assessments, designing and facilitating training programs, and implementing change management initiatives.
