The Senior Organizational Development Manager will lead the design, execution, and measure of key people programs and processes anchored on the Organization Development pillars (Culture, Engagement, Recognition, Performance, and Ways of Working) to build a high performing organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Organizational Development Strategy & Execution
- Lead the design, enhancement, and implementation of any of the OD strategies across leadership development, culture building, performance management, recognition, and CSR.
- Drive organization-wide transformation initiatives aligned with business strategy and workforce priorities.
- Oversee the endtoend management of OD programs, ensuring they are datadriven, scalable, and measurable.
Leadership & Talent Development
- Develop and deploy leadership frameworks, competency models, and capabilitybuilding programs for all levels.
- Partner with senior leaders to diagnose leadership gaps and recommend targeted solutions.
- Ensure succession, pipeline readiness, and leadership development roadmaps are continuously updated and aligned to strategic talent needs.
Culture & Engagement
- Shape and strengthen the organization's culture through targeted programs, rituals, communication strategies, and behavioral anchors.
- Lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, belonging, and organizational health.
- Monitor culture and engagement metrics, analyze insights, and translate them into meaningful interventions.
Performance Management & Recognition
- Oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of performance management systems including goal-setting, performance calibration, and feedback processes.
- Ensure managers are enabled to set clear expectations, coach effectively, and manage performance outcomes.
- Lead the development of recognition frameworks that reinforce culture, values, and high performance.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
- Guide the creation and execution of CSR strategies, ensuring alignment with company values and societal impact priorities.
- Oversee partnerships with external organizations and ensure reporting and governance of CSR initiatives.
Change Management & Organizational Effectiveness
- Conduct organizational assessments using qualitative and quantitative methods to identify opportunities and gaps.
- Design and lead enterprise change management programs that promote adoption, minimize resistance, and support behavioral shifts.
- Review organizational systems, structures, and processes and recommend improvements that enhance agility and effectiveness.
Governance, Measurement & Continuous Improvement
- Establish controls to ensure compliance with HR and OD policies, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Track KPIs and evaluate program impact, ensuring continuous improvement across all OD pillars.
- Provide senior leadership with insights, dashboards, and recommendations based on data and trends.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Implementation and completion of initiatives and programs that drive people transformation and support the Bank's strategic intentions
- Implementation and completion of change management plans to address people concerns
- Completion of performance management activities by employees (goal setting, monitoring, performance appraisal, etc.)
- Meet targets on Employee Engagement and Culture scores
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioral Science, Business Management, or related field.
- Proven experience leading programs in leadership development, culture building, performance management, and change management.
- Experience in managing enterprise-wide OD interventions and seniorlevel stakeholder engagement.
- Experience managing CSR or sustainability programs.
- Familiarity with organizational diagnostics, OD analytics, or continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
