Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Change Delivery, Project Delivery, or PMO roles supporting business transformation and people-focused change
  • Degree in Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Journalism, Human Resources, Project Management, Applied Science, Behavioural Science, or a related discipline
  • Experience in consulting, business transformation, organizational development, or project delivery environments is highly desirable
  • Strong English communication, stakeholder coordination, facilitation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Background supporting full-cycle organizational change initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, communications, readiness activities, and user adoption
  • Experience developing change management plans, communication strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, and adoption frameworks
  • Hands-on experience conducting learning needs assessments, identifying capability gaps, creating training materials, and facilitating workshops or training sessions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Word
  • Adaptable, resilient, empathetic, and naturally curious, with a passion for Organizational Change Management and people-focused transformation
  • Must be based in Metro Manila or within approximately 1.5 hours travel time to Alabang or Makati

Responsibilities

  • Review business operations and assess how change may impact people, processes, and organizational outcomes
  • Gather client requirements, project objectives, and change-related priorities
  • Recommend and implement change management approaches that drive stakeholder engagement, adoption, and project success
  • Develop business documentation, reports, communication materials, and presentation decks
  • Facilitate virtual meetings, workshops, stakeholder discussions, and project presentations
  • Coordinate project activities, timelines, deliverables, status updates, and progress reporting
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional project teams
  • Identify, monitor, and escalate risks, issues, dependencies, and potential barriers to delivery
  • Contribute to project execution through effective collaboration and proactive support
  • Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies to support successful project delivery
  • Guide employees, end users, and stakeholders through change adoption, implementation, and transition activities
