A well-established global ingredients company is seeking a Customer Experience Supervisor to join its Singapore team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a customer service professional with team leadership experience to step into a regional role supporting customers across Asia Pacific while leading a small Customer Experience team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a small Customer Experience team
• Manage customer enquiries and service requests through various communication channels.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support efficient order fulfilment and service delivery.
• Monitor and follow up on customer issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer interactions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying service enhancement opportunities.
• Build strong customer relationships and contribute to customer satisfaction and retention.
• Prepare reports and provide updates on customer service activities.
• Support additional administrative or operational duties as required.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Experience, Order Management or Customer Operations
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with ERP, CRM, or business systems.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced B2B environment
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities
