Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior Oracle Middleware Administrator / Consultant with strong hands-on experience supporting and maintaining Oracle middleware environments. The role will focus on production support, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and maintenance of Oracle SOA and WebLogic environments, including legacy systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 production support for Oracle middleware environments and applications.
- Administer, monitor, and maintain Oracle WebLogic Server and Oracle SOA Suite 11g/12c environments.
- Support Oracle SOA components, including BPM, BPEL, and ADF.
- Monitor application and middleware environments using Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM).
- Perform log analysis, troubleshoot application and middleware issues, and identify root causes.
- Conduct performance monitoring and tuning to maintain system stability and reliability.
- Investigate and resolve production incidents, including complex issues escalated from lower support tiers.
- Maintain and support legacy Oracle middleware systems and applications.
- Work with relevant technical teams to diagnose issues and implement appropriate fixes.
- Document troubleshooting findings, resolutions, and system support procedures.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle SOA Suite 11g/12c.
- Strong experience administering and supporting Oracle WebLogic Server.
- Experience with Oracle Database 11g.
- Hands-on experience with BPM, BPEL, and ADF.
- Experience using Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM).
- Strong background in production support and application troubleshooting.
- Experience performing log analysis and root cause analysis.
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization.
- Experience providing Tier 3 / escalation support.
- Experience maintaining and supporting legacy Oracle systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
