Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and certified Senior Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant to lead the implementation of core Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing modules. The ideal candidate will possess 10–12 years of deep ERP implementation experience, with the last 4–5 years dedicated exclusively to Oracle Fusion Cloud environments.
As a subject matter expert, you will guide our business through complex process transformations, specifically focusing on Product Information Management (PIM), Inventory, Costing, and Manufacturing. Experience navigating the unique regulatory, compliance, and quality requirements of the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Implementation: Lead and support full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion SCM implementations, including requirement gathering, gap analysis, blueprinting, system configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and data migration.
- Module Expertise: Act as the primary functional expert for Oracle Fusion PIM (Product Information Management), Inventory Management, Cost Management, and Manufacturing.
- Business Process Transformation: Map complex business processes to standard Oracle Fusion Cloud functionalities and design robust, scalable workarounds or extensions where gaps exist.
- Industry Compliance: Ensure solutions align with industry-specific requirements (e.g., lot control, expiration dating, serialization, and GMP/FDA compliance common in Life Sciences).
- Documentation: Author and maintain high-quality functional design documents (FDDs), configuration workbooks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and test scripts.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Collaborate closely with business leaders, technical teams, and external integration partners to ensure seamless data flow between Fusion and legacy systems.
- Training & Change Management: Conduct user training sessions and provide post-go-live hypercare support to ensure smooth business adoption.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Overall Experience: 10–12 years of experience implementing enterprise-level ERP SCM systems (Oracle EBS/Cloud).
- Fusion Cloud Experience: Minimum of 4–5 years of hands-on, proven functional implementation experience specifically within Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud.
- Core Module Mastery: Deep, demonstrable functional knowledge in:
- Oracle Fusion Product Information Management (PIM)
- Oracle Fusion Inventory Management
- Oracle Fusion Cost Management
- Oracle Fusion Manufacturing (Discrete/Process)
- Certifications:Must hold active Oracle Fusion Cloud Certifications in at least two (2) of the modules mentioned above (PIM, Inventory, Costing, or Manufacturing).
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consultative skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical business stakeholders
