Senior Oracle Finance Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Oracle Finance Specialist to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Financial Applications and a proven track record in managing finance-related projects. This role will be crucial in optimizing our financial processes and ensuring compliance across the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and maintenance of Oracle Financial Applications in the SEA region.
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management to support strategic decision making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and ensure compliance with regional regulations.
• Provide training and support to end users on Oracle Financial systems and best practices.
• Conduct system testing and troubleshooting for Oracle Finance modules to ensure smooth operation.

Skills and Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in Oracle Financial Applications or related finance systems.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite, particularly in Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA).
• Experience in financial process improvement and automation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
