Inbox Distribution, Management and Chasing
- Pre-Alert Sending
- Missing BL request/chasing
- Commercial docs chasing
- EDI Updates/Changes from Updated BL, ARNs and Pre-alerts
- Identifying and attaching documents in Edoc section
- Chasing Charges/EDO
- Freight Rate Request
- Task list management (workflow and tracking)
- EDO management and chasing
Registrations
- SEA FCL, LCL, FAK, BCN/FCX, BBK (Import and Export)
- Consol + Shipment
- Receiving and Sending of Outturn Reports
- Releasing of Delivery Orders
- Sending Tax Invoice
- Billing section in shipment level
- Container Booking
- AIR (Import and Export)
- Consol (Manual and XML entry)
- Receiving and Sending of Outturn Reports
- Air Underbond
- Packing List
- Creating Organization codes
Order Management in CargoWise
- Updating Existing Orders
- Order Tracking, Planning, Registration
Track and Trace
- Tracking shipments through shipping line websites
- Chasing updates from agents/shippers
Daily Updates and Confirmation/Quality check
- Transshipment update via Workflow Manager
- Transshipment Status Checking with sending delay/earlier notice
- Doc tracking and Edocing
- AP/vendor invoice recordkeeping in CW1 and Cl
Requirements
- 35 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics (required)
- Preferably a Licensed Customs Broker and with import/export shipment data entry experience
- Graduate of BS Customs Administration or related program
- Experience using CargoWise will be an advantage
- Typing speed of 45 WPM or more, with a strong focus on accuracy
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
- High computer literacy and MS Office proficiency
- Strong English communication skillsboth written and verbal
- A proactive mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure
- A true team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Amenable to work on site in Ortigas Pasig and Araneta Cubao
- Amenable to work in shift schedule
