- Safety & Security
- Report accidents, incidents, near misses, unsafe acts/conditions and hazards as soon as per the APAC OSCP Incident Reporting and Investigation
- Comply with safe systems of work, instruction, information, training, safety procedures, manufacturers instructions and statutory requirements
- Meets the security, safety and quality standards of the area (rules of docks, PPE, etc)
- Use safety equipment where it is provided
- Attend safety training when requested and comply with the content of any training received.
- Conduct monthly Workplace Safety Committee Meeting
- Quality
- Meets the quality standards of the area on a daily basis
- Enable and establish new standards of operation
- Objective & KPI
- Support the definition of OMS KPI Tree adjusting it to your operational scenario, setting targets and reports structure to enable it
- Communicate Objectives & KPIs applicable to your team (supervisors), align the expected frequency for trackin g them, how the results are calculated and which report they can find the results on - including communication to new leaders on your team as part of onboarding process
- Role & Responsibility
- Ensure Roles & Responsibilities are up to date, including the KPI Tree structure that is included on it
- Communicate Roles & Responsibilities applicable to your team (supervisors) and ensure they are trained and prepared to execute the expected activities (see Excellence School responsibilities)
- Routine
- Follow your assigned Routine and review it if neccessary, validating it with your immediate superior
- Resource Planning
- Update Monthly Resource Planning, based on volume and volume profile forecast (information from customer) and align actions needed with supervisors
- Review the planned Resource Planning for the month compare and update the actual vs. forecast of volumes, volume profile and resources assigned - Weekly
- Performance Tracking
- Track operation's performance (productivity, deviation and direct hours), understanding shift's performance and deviation
- Track operation's indirect hours performance and enable resources needed to improve it, understanding the main causes of respective performance with supervisors
- Track overtime costs versus budget
- Track site overall employee attendance ratio
- Track numbers of customer's claims and understand the root causes with supervisors
- Work Instruction
- Ensure that Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI) of operational processes are up to date, available at relevant place for employees and that employees are working according to the standard established, via OMS Confirmation
- Excellence School
- Appoint the owner of Excellence School and communicate to management team beginning of implementation
- Ensure supervisor is properly trained according to their training matrix and enable their trainings and coaching sessions to enhance their development - via training matrix and schedule
- Ensure training program is being followed properly
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or Related Field.
- With at least five (5) years of experience in end-to-end warehouse operations.
- Possess a strong supervisory and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in warehouse and supply chain management systems.
