Senior Operations Manager

A highgrowth cold storage / logistics company is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead and scale operations, working onsite in Cavite. This is a critical position tasked with guaranteeing excellence in warehouse management, inventory, inbound/outbound, documentation, and client service, especially for large, complex, and global/highvolume clients.

What youll do:

As the Senior Operations Manager, you will take ownership of the endtoend operations of the cold storage facility and ensure it delivers at scale, quality, compliance, and in line with demanding client expectations.

• Lead all facets of warehouse operations: inbounds, storage, order picking/packing, outbound deliveries, returns, and cold chain control.

• Develop, implement, and enforce SOPs tailored for cold storage, food & pharma compliance (temperature control, hygiene, safety, regulatory).

• Drive inventory accuracy: cycle counts, reconciliation, handling discrepancies, and ensure FIFO/FEFO/shelflife protocols are adhered to.

• Oversee documentation, regulatory and client compliance (e.g. certificates, chain of custody, customs if needed), ensuring all paperwork is errorfree and timely.

• Manage relationships with highvolume, complex, global clients (e.g. fast food chains, pharmaceutical companies), ensuring operational SLAs are met and client satisfaction is high.

• Forecast operational capacity, plan for scale (10k30k pallet positions or equivalent), manage manpower, equipment, refrigeration/cold room infrastructure, and budget.

• Lead, mentor, and build highperformance teams (supervisors, warehouse staff, QA, documentation) across ensure leadership cascades metrics, coaching, accountability.

• Drive continuous improvement: identify bottlenecks, introduce process improvements, use data/dashboards to monitor KPIs (throughput, inventory accuracy, ontime outbound, cold chain breaches, cost per pallet etc.).

• Ensure health, safety and regulatory compliance: facility maintenance, equipment uptime, safety audits, internal/external inspections.

• Be the senior escalation point for operational prepare regular reports to senior leadership on operations performance, risks, opportunities, and improvements.

What you bring:

To be successful, you will need to bring strong experience, leadership, and a mindset for scale and complexity.

• Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or related field. Higher education or certifications.

• 10+ years of experience in warehousing/logistics operations, especially in cold storage or temperaturecontrolled facilities. At least 35 years in a senior leadership or management role.

• Proven track record of managing large facilities (scale in terms of volume, pallet positions, throughput), serving demanding highvolume clients (e.g. fast food, FMCGs, pharmaceutical).

• Indepth knowledge of SOPs for food safety / pharma / cold chain compliance, ability to implement and maintain strict regulatory standards.

• Strong leadership, people development, and team management adept at multishift, crossfunctional team oversight.

• Excellent planning, organizing, analytical and problemsolving datadriven mindset.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, able to coordinate with clients, regulatory bodies, internal teams.

• Experience with relevant systems (Warehouse Management System, ERP), cold storage equipment, temperature monitoring / alarm systems.
