Description

Operational Planning & Strategy:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve overall operational efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
  • Analyze operational workflows and implement process improvements to reduce costs and enhance effectiveness.
  • Ensure alignment of operational strategies with the organization's business goals.

 

Team Management & Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of operations staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and professional development.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment, promoting teamwork and accountability.
  • Set clear performance expectations, manage goals, and provide coaching to enhance team performance.

 

Process & Workflow Optimization:

  • Identify inefficiencies in business processes and propose solutions to optimize workflows and operations.
  • Oversee the implementation of new processes, tools, or systems to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and take corrective actions as needed.

 

Budget and Resource Management:

  • Manage the budget for operations, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
  • Track and report on operational expenses, identifying opportunities to reduce costs without compromising service quality.
  • Ensure appropriate resource allocation to meet business demands and peak operational periods.

 

Customer Service and Satisfaction:

  • Ensure that customer service operations meet or exceed expectations, handling any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with customer service teams to address client concerns and improve customer experience.
  • Analyze customer feedback and performance metrics to make data-driven decisions that enhance service delivery.

 

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure all operations are in compliance with relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards.
  • Monitor and assess operational risks, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy working environment for all employees.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience handling financial/fintech program is a must.
  • Amenable to work Onsite at Antipolo City.
