Description
Operational Planning & Strategy:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve overall operational efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
- Analyze operational workflows and implement process improvements to reduce costs and enhance effectiveness.
- Ensure alignment of operational strategies with the organization's business goals.
Team Management & Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of operations staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and professional development.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment, promoting teamwork and accountability.
- Set clear performance expectations, manage goals, and provide coaching to enhance team performance.
Process & Workflow Optimization:
- Identify inefficiencies in business processes and propose solutions to optimize workflows and operations.
- Oversee the implementation of new processes, tools, or systems to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and take corrective actions as needed.
Budget and Resource Management:
- Manage the budget for operations, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
- Track and report on operational expenses, identifying opportunities to reduce costs without compromising service quality.
- Ensure appropriate resource allocation to meet business demands and peak operational periods.
Customer Service and Satisfaction:
- Ensure that customer service operations meet or exceed expectations, handling any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with customer service teams to address client concerns and improve customer experience.
- Analyze customer feedback and performance metrics to make data-driven decisions that enhance service delivery.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure all operations are in compliance with relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards.
- Monitor and assess operational risks, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Maintain a safe and healthy working environment for all employees.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience handling financial/fintech program is a must.
- Amenable to work Onsite at Antipolo City.
