Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a global in-house shared services in their search for a Sr. Operations Manager based in Taguig.

Salary Range: Open to discussion

Work Setup: Onsite

Shift Schedule: Night Shift

Location: Taguig City

The role

The Senior Operations Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership for insurance operations, ensuring service excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across multiple business lines. This role requires deep insurance domain expertise and proven experience leading complex operations within a global or captive environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee and continuously improve operational systems, processes, and infrastructure to enhance efficiency and scalability
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate operational and tactical risks, providing strategic recommendations
  • Manage day-to-day operations across multiple business functions, including business analysis, vendor management, and risk oversight
  • Support long-term planning, change management, and project execution, including progress tracking and reporting
  • Ensure consistent achievement of KPIs and performance targets, covering service levels, quality, customer experience, and compliance
  • Lead talent development and workforce planning by coaching and motivating teams, partnering with HR and Talent Acquisition, identifying succession plans, and ensuring continuity in critical roles

What We're Looking For

  • Strong, end-to-end insurance-only background, minimum of 15 years of total professional experience, ideally within international or multinational organizations
  • Experience in global captive, shared services, or in-house delivery environments preferred; strong local insurance company experience also acceptable
  • Demonstrated and sustained operations management leadership experience, with deep understanding of the full insurance lifecycle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with effective operational execution
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • High standards of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
