Sr. Operations Manager

Job scope:

Operations / Warehouse

· Develops operational plans, policies and strategy that aligns with the organization's vision and its current and long-term business objectives.

· Responsible for long-range business planning and strategy of Operations.

· Oversee warehouse operations and performance.

· Approver of Warehouse inventory and reconciliation.

· Recommend business/process improvements for Operations and warehouse.

Admin / People Management

· Oversee admin and operations admin staff of the company.

· Ensures the successful implementation of staff policies or programs.

Visual Merchandising

Responsible for overseeing visual merchandising strategies and execution across all retail locations, ensuring consistency with brand identity and enhancing in-store presentation

Qualifications:

· Must have minimum of 5 years work experience in Operations under a retail company or FMCG company

· Has superior analytic skills

· Has an organized and systematic work process

· Has both charismatic and pragmatic leadership skills

· Well-versed in MS Applications

· Someone who believes that working overtime and during the weekends is inevitable in Operations
